With support from the Faculty TDG, Dr. Peggy Cheung had applied Moodle platform in the delivery of two health and fitness courses. In this seminar, Dr. Cheung will share her experience in the design, implementation and the outcomes of the TDG project. The sharing will include both from the lecturer’s and learner’s perspective. The application of Moodle allows lecturer to build and deliver the course resources (e.g., text, media materials and external links) and activities (e.g., creating assignments, managing forums and building groups) effectively. From the learners’ view, they are involved in different mode of learning activity which can enhance their self-directed learning.

The seminar consists of three parts. The first part will be an introduction of the project, including the design, objectives, procedures and outcomes. The second part will be a session for case sharing. Some team members will share their experience in using cloud services and mobile technology during the last two FE periods.
