Abstract In the new Field Experience (FE) framework, one of the significant changes is the adaption of e-Portfolio as a key component of learning and assessment in teaching practice. The value of e-Portfolio lies in engaging students in continual process of reflection to facilitate professional growth. Reflection is central to professional development in which students relate their work to their learning and construct meanings in it. It is not just a self-reflective process but can be best facilitated by mentoring and collaboration. With the past two years of experience gained in conducting the pilot studies on the new FE framework, this presentation shares a number of outstanding FE ePortfolios, demonstrates what students have learnt and how their professional transformation taken place in the process of developing their FE ePortfolios.
